From the Left Burner: Seasonal Dinners is my new series highlighting minimal, regional dishes for a dinner. Similar to previous newsletters, there will be three recipes but instead of sharing different things I made during the month, I will focus on dishes that work well together. Each newsletter will have in-season produce, quality ingredients, and tips on planning and budgeting a three course dinner for four people, all under $25 per person. Like my 7 Fish cookbook and last year’s 7 Fish newsletter, I will share a shopping list with prices + links, a cooking schedule, and the recipes.
