Deep Dish Lemon Pepper Smoked Oyster Quiche
With caciocavallo cheese, lemon lime zest, and scallions
When Ekone Seafood asked if I could come up with a dish for brunch utilizing one of their tins I immediately wanted to work with the lemon pepper smoked oysters. I rarely go out for brunch, but I love eggs, bacon, and pastries (especially savory ones). I figured it would be fun to make something for myself that could also be made for multiple people at a brunch or even for a picnic. Sharing tools, ingredients, and method for an individual deep dish quiche with lemon pepper smoked oysters and caciocavallo cheese.
