Every year I revisit this salad with a few ingredient swaps. I made a story recently with shredded radicchio, chopped romaine, shredded carrots, and red grapes with the mustard tahini dressing and instantly received many DM’s requesting the dressing recipe. If you like mustard you will like this dressing. Also included is the roast split chicken breast recipe but here is a link to another chicken breast recipe I’ve shared. For years I’ve made this salad shredded, chopped, tossed and piled nice and high on a plate but I figured it could be a fun challenge to make this dish with a LB presentation.
