Many people reached out if I could send this recipe asap so here it is! If you live in the Philly/S. Jersey there are many apple orchards to pick at, my favorite is Moods in Jersey. I like the variety of apples they have (I love cortland apples) and their apple cider doughnuts are my favorite. They have Fuji apples available to pick in October. If you are not into apple picking but want a good bargain Produce Junction is the best for bulk buying. They have 2lb bags of large Fiji apples for $3. If you are able to find a good deal on apples it’s worth buying the high quality eggs and butter. I’ll share more on the exact products I used.

Enjoy!
